1. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds
- Paid period fees are normally not refunded retroactively.
- In case of duplicate charges or technical errors, refunds are handled after verification.
- Requests must be sent to support within 14 days of the charge date.
3. Exceptions
If mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply over this policy.
